Class 33 BR Blue Diesel & Electric Pack InputMapper Fix

This installer has been made to eliminate a clash of InputMappers with identical names in the RSC/WestSomerset and DTG/BRBluePack02 Class 33 locomotives whereby if both were enabled then all keyboard controls would cease to work. The package contains replacement InputMappers with new names and new blueprints for the default Class 33 in the BR Blue Diesel & Electric Pack to use the new InputMappers. The install process will backup the default BRBluePack02 InputMappers at Railworks\Backup\ and then delete them from the assets.ap file to avoid the clash.
